Della Rosa is a boutique residential development by Frank Developments in partnership with Signature Property Partners, located in New Farm, Queensland, and designed by ByCulprit. 

The project demonstrates a considered approach to materiality and detailing, with finishes selected to balance durability, performance and timeless aesthetic appeal. Surface Gallery supplied a curated palette of stone and porcelain surfaces, including Roman Travertine Porcelain Pavers and Caterina Crazy Paving for external areas, alongside Roselli Classic Travertine and Alabastrino Natural Cross Cut internally, providing texture and tonal depth throughout the bathrooms. Sukabumi Green Square Edge tiles were was incorporated as a feature element in the rooftop pool, introducing a natural, refined contrast. Together, these materials contribute to a cohesive architectural language defined by quality, longevity and thoughtful design integration.
