Our challenge was to create the feeling of an established, stately home with a completely new build. We chose limestone for the exterior façade; a natural stone with minute imperfections along its edges, similar to the stone buildings of Europe." - MHNDU

In partnership with architects MHNDU, with interior design by Hecker Guthrie and landscapes by Wyer & Co., The Benson has been designed as boutique in size, with 9 residences split over 3 levels. Construction is now 100% complete, with Lords Group expertly managing the build.
